We accept returns only in the event of damage or defect. We do not accept returns for reasons such as vials not fitting, as it is the customer's responsibility to measure their vials with calipers before ordering to ensure proper fit. When in doubt about sizing, please feel free to ask! We're always happy to answer any questions you may have. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you on a return, replacement, etc. Returns must be pre-authorized by us.
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we have not yet shipped your order, we will accept the cancellation and issue a refund. Please note that this does not include custom requests! Once we've started physically manufacturing a custom request, we will not accept a cancellation.
